WATCH: Pence affirms Joe Biden's election win

More than 12 hours after a pro-Trump mob violently broke into the U.S. Capitol, Congress confirmed the Electoral College vote supporting President-elect Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory. Vice President Mike Pence, presiding over the count, announced the final vote tally in the early hours of Thursday morning.
