Indian rescuers pulled out all 41 workers trapped inside a collapsed tunnel in the Indian Himalayas with some help from a group of people who do so-called rathole mining, which is effectively banned in the country. Authorities tapped the “rat miners” for help when heavy machinery broke down during a rescue operation that had dragged on for more than two weeks.
