Hong Kong: COVID crisis worsens pollution, waste problems

Hong Kong, like mainland China, is one of the few places in the world that is maintaining a zero-COVID policy.
Tens of thousands of people have been under quarantine in hotels and other accommodation.
And now the policy is adding to already serious pollution and waste problems in the territory.
