Canada threatens U.S. with partial USMCA suspension over Buy American plan

Canada has sent a letter to top U.S. senators, threatening to suspend parts of the USMCA trade agreement over proposed electric vehicle tax credits. International Trade Minister Mary Ng says meetings and discussions are ongoing.
