Khalid Hotak and his team of wushu fighters are working hard in the lead-up to the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. Despite a lack of financial support from the internationally-sanctioned Taliban government, Hotak is hoping for a repeat of the 2018 games in which he brought home Afghanistan’s first medal for wushu in a historic win.
