Supreme Court Rejects Texas Lawsuit To Overturn Presidential Election Results | TODAY

The Supreme Court threw out a case brought by the state of Texas against four battleground states won by Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election, saying, “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.” Meanwhile, Biden announced five additions to his Cabinet on Friday and urged Congress to act quickly to pass more coronavirus relief.
