Russian FM asks US, NATO to stop supplying arms to Ukraine

Russia says Western sanctions and arms shipments to Ukraine are hampering peace negotiations.
Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says the talks continue, but that progress is difficult.
Ukraine’s resident has warned there is a high risk the discussions will collapse, because of what he called ‘Russia’s playbook on murdering people’.
