No sign of withdrawal of Russian troops near Ukraine, Nato chief says – BBC News

There is no sign that Russian forces are de-escalating near Ukraine, Nato’s secretary-general says, despite claims from Moscow that it is pulling some troops back from the border.

It’s estimated that 100,000 Russian troops have massed near the border. Russia has always denied it is planning an attack.
