Resilient chef brings hope to Gaza amidst food shortages

Despite the limited food supplies in Gaza, one chef is managing to provide the hungry with some of his favourite dishes. Hamada Ghanim used to work in one of the Gaza’s largest restaurants before it was destroyed by Israeli forces. Now he’s set up a make-shift stall in Rafah and it’s proving popular.
