President Trump to sign executive order on police reform, meet with families affected by violence

President Trump is set to sign an executive order on police reform aimed at improving training, tracking complaints and addressing mental health. He will separately meet with families members of those killed by police and in racially motivated attacks. It’s unclear, however, if the president plans to address racial bias in law enforcement.
