Once he was off-screen, host Eric Bolling presented a disclaimer: “Newsmax has accepted the election results as legal and final.” The disclaimer comes as the media outlet faces defamation lawsuits from voting machine companies Dominion and Smartmatic. Dan Abrams questions whether the brief disclaimer will protect Newsmax. Lyrissa Lidsky, a professor at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, says it’s “too little, too late.”
