Morocco earthquake aftershocks continue – BBC News

The mountain village of Imi N’Tala, near the epicentre of the earthquake in Morocco on Friday, was rocked by aftershocks on Wednesday.

It sent rescue workers, villagers and journalists running through the rubble.

Nearly 3,000 people are known to have died in the earthquake.

An international emergency appeal to provide water and shelter has been launched for the disaster’s victims.
