Football fans enjoy Qatari traditions and visit mosques

During the World Cup, football fans experienced Qatar’s traditions and religion.
Tens of thousands of visitors went to mosques, where they learned about Islam.
Scholars say first hand experiences have helped people understand a region and a faith often portrayed negatively.
