Stephanie Ng was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa at the age of 16. She found the path to recovery difficult due to a lack of resources and discussion about eating disorders in Hong Kong. Ng founded Body Banter, a charity that aims to empower young people to start conversations about body image and mental health.
