Former 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., issued a warning to the American public during the Democratic National Convention on Aug. 17: “If Donald Trump is reelected, all the progress we have made will be in jeopardy.”
In his condemnation of the president, Sanders cited Trump’s attacks on mail-in ballots and the U.S. Postal Service, as well as his response to the coronavirus pandemic.
