Son of former Libyan leader Gaddaafi to run for president

The son of Libya’s late former ruler Muammar Gaddafi has registered as a candidate for the country’s upcoming presidential election.
Saif al-Islam Gaddafi has said he wants to restore unity to Libya after a decade of conflict following his father’s downfall.
The 49-year-old is wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes.
