Putin discusses Ukraine, Black Sea spat, vaccines with public

Russian President Vladimir Putin says he opposes mandatory vaccinations despite a surge in coronavirus infections.
He also accuses the United Kingdom and the United States of heightening tensions in the Black Sea after a British navy vessel sailed close to Russia’s illegally annexed region of Crimea last week.
