NATO rejects no-fly zone; Ukraine slams ‘greenlight for bombs’

Despite desperate appeals from Ukraine, NATO’s Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says the alliance cannot impose a no-fly zone, without getting directly involved in the conflict. Ukraine’s president has condemned the move, saying that NATO knows strikes and casualties are inevitable.
