Millions across the world mark Persian new year Nowruz

Millions of people around the world are marking Nowruz, the spring festival and Persian new year.
The celebrations last for 13 days.
For more than 3,000 years, communities in the Middle East and Central Asia have marked Nowruz with special rituals.
