Mike Pence Vs Kamala Harris: Full vice-presidential debate | US Election 2020

US Vice President Mike Pence and Democratic party vice-presidential nominee Kamala Harris faced off in a heated 90 minute long debate. The two faced off over issues like the government’s handling of the Coronavirus crisis, US-China trade war, the economy and many other issues. Kamala Harris accused the Trump administration of concealing knowledge about the pandemic and added that the situation could have different if American citizens had been informed on time about the crisis. Pence defended the administration and said that the US govt had acted pro-actively in tackling the pandemic and added that tens of millions of vaccines would be ready by the end of 2020. The two leaders also had a heated discussion on the trade war with China. While Harris said that the Trump administration had lost the war, Pence said that Joe Biden had not even taken China on when it was in power.
