Greek PM blames 'tragic human error' for deadly train crash

The Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, says the cause of a major train accident, that killed at least 40 people, was tragic human error.
A freight train and a passenger train collided on Tuesday night in the north of the country.
Emergency workers are still at the scene, near the city of Larissa. The government declared three days of national mourning, and the Transport Minister has resigned.
