Europe only region with increasing COVID deaths last week: WHO

Several countries across Europe are struggling with a new wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Numbers of infections and deaths are rising, especially in Russia, Germany and the UK.
So, some government leaders are reimposing a patchwork of partial restrictions, particularly on the unvaccinated.
And that has prompted protests.
