Water fights in the streets returned to Hong Kong’s “Little Thailand” as the Thai community celebrated Songkran on April 9, 2023. It was the first celebration of its kind since 2019. The splashing came along with a carnival that showcased Thai massages, Muay Thai and the Miss Songkran pageant.
