It’s becoming an almost daily feature of Joe Biden’s transition, video conferences from a downtown theater in his home city.
Biden is preparing to take office in a state of limbo. His formal transition cannot begin until President Trump concedes the election and Biden’s victory is recognized by a little known but key government department. And there are growing concerns about the implications of this delay for U.S national security. CGTN’s Owen Fairclough has more.
