The first international commercial flight to Kabul since the end of the August evacuations from Afghanistan has landed.

The Qatar Airways plane arrived carrying aid and will depart with passengers.

Qatar’s special envoy for conflict resolution, Mutlaq Al Qahtani, and Taliban Spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid are holding a press conference.
