Protesters in Tel Aviv urge Biden to save Israeli captives, call for Netanyahu's ouster

Tens of thousands of Israelis have again taken to the streets of the Israeli city, putting pressure on the government of Prime Minister Netanyahu to accept a ceasefire plan presented by United States President Joe Biden, calling on Netanyahu to publicly support the proposal.
The Biden proposal is providing captives’ families with hope, they have said, but they are also concerned that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and some extremist members of the government could jeopardise the deal.
protests have been occurring every weekend for months, with demonstrators also calling for early elections to replace Netanyahu.
