“Numerous bomb threats” have been made against US President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet nominees for his incoming administration, the FBI says.

The FBI said it was aware of the bomb threats as well as “swatting incidents”.

Elise Stefanik, Matt Gaetz, Lee Zeldin, Karoline Leavitt, Pete Hegseth, John Ratcliffe, and Howard Lutnick were all threatened.

US police are investigating the incidents.
