Bihar Election 2020: The team of The Lallantop reached Munger city of Bihar amid Lallantop Chunav Yatra for Bihar Elections 2020. In Munger’s Haveli Kharagpur area, the first rally of Nitish Kumar took place where we interacted with some women from other villages who came to listen to Nitish Kumar. During the interaction, The Lallantop came to know about the opinion of women regarding Nitish Kumar and RJD. While some women appreciated the work of the government during the reign of Nitish Kumar as CM, a woman from the same village near Kharagpur revealed that the sale of alcohol still prevails in Bihar. Ironically, the Nitish Government claims that the sale of alcohol is completely banned in the state of Bihar. Apart from this, it was shocking to know that the rent of transportation was also incurred from RJD’s side in order to ask people from near villages to attend Nitish Kumar’s rally.
