Nepal struggles to rescue those stranded in floods in Himalayan foothills

Nepal has deployed soldiers and helicopters to rescue people stranded after flash floods in the Himalayan foothills.
Rivers burst their banks after three days of monsoon rains washed away homes in Sindhupalchok district.
At least one person has died, and seven are missing.
