Indonesia: Bali reopens to foreign travellers as COVID surge subsides

The Indonesian island of Bali is welcoming tourists back after 18 months – so long as they are vaccinated and also complete five days of hotel quarantine.
Travellers from 19 different countries are to be permitted entry.
After months of economic hardship, many on Bali are eager to welcome back visitors.
