Pan Baoxin, otherwise known as Long Long, has a unique way of keeping a food journal. Instead of words, photos or videos, she creates miniature clay imitations of her food, with some as small as a centimetre. Her collection of miniature clay foods, mainly comprising local southern Chinese delicacies, has captured the imagination of tens of thousands of internet users and has even turned into a profitable business. The 31-year-old Guangzhou native said her creations have brought her peace of mind and given her confidence to stand up to societal pressures put on women in China.
