California's 'bomb cyclone' creates flood warning for millions – BBC News

A cyclone in California which has caused floods, rockslides and left neighbourhoods underwater is now moving to the north of the state.

More than 4.5 million Californians were under flood watches early on Wednesday, with thousands still displaced. The threat of flooding is to remain in place until Friday.

At least 18 flood-related deaths have been reported in the state since storms began in late December.
