Bolivia hospitals overwhelmed during third COVID wave

Bolivia’s healthcare system has been pushed to the brink as the country battles a third wave of COVID-19 infections.
Vaccines have been slow to arrive.
And the death toll has exceeded 15,000, as hospitals run out of space and resources.
