By the end of the weekend, 48 states will have started partially reopening, as some health researchers say only 9 states have met coronavirus testing levels to safely reopen. The director of the CDC also says the agency’s models predict more than 100,000 COVID-related deaths in the country by June 1. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump says he wants coronavirus vaccines by the end of the year as the House passes a new $3 trillion relief package.
