Legal Heavyweight Will Represent Tennessee in Appeal of Refugee Resettlement Lawsuit

The Thomas More Law Center announced on Wednesday that nationally recognized appellate lawyer John Burch will represent its client, the Tennessee General Assembly, in next week’s appeal of a lower federal court’s ruling to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
